Hartwell in Bloom – Silver Award

Hartwell Parish Council is thrilled to announce that “Hartwell in Bloom” received a Silver Award in the East Midland’s in Bloom awards 2026.

On Wednesday 23rd September the East Midland’s in Bloom Awards were held in Derby and Hartwell received the Silver Award in the Large Village category.  The Clerk to the Parish Council Amy Holt was thrilled to accept the award on behalf of Hartwell.

The Judge’s Award (each winner receives an honourable mention in their award noting a person or group of importance in the entry) went to Hartwell Rainbows, for their beautiful planted Rainbow’s in the village.  The Parish Council are grateful to the Rainbows and all of the community groups and organisation’s involved in making Hartwell in Bloom a success.

A certificate and small token of appreciation has been issued to the Rainbows.
