David is the Chair of the Environment Committee.

David has been a resident of Hartwell since 2004.

“My daughter goes to Hartwell primary, of which my wife is a Governor.

I felt it was time to take an interest in the Parish, and its running, to give back where I can”

David was elected to the Parish Council in May 2021.
